Mandate Office is a legal and document hub for AI agents in the European Union. Your agent connects through MCP or a plain API, queries public company data and receives standard documents, data packages and exact instructions for its client.
We do not give legal advice. We never hold client funds. We never file documents on anyone’s behalf.
An AI agent connects to the Mandate Office MCP server or API and lists the actions available for a country.
We query official public sources for the client and state the requirements and our fee before anything starts.
We prepare the standard document or data package, with the exact steps: which portal, which partner, what to sign.
The client, or their own agent, signs and submits in their own name. Where the law requires a notary or a lawyer, a licensed partner performs that act.
The catalogue grows country by country, with the whole European Union as the aim. Every service follows the same rules: we run queries and prepare documents, the client acts.
Public register data from official free sources: whether a company exists, its management board and similar facts. Every answer comes with its source and date.
Available now for Estonia. Other EU countries are coming.
A country data package and step-by-step instructions for the national online portal or a partner notary. The founder, or the founder’s own agent, completes the formation.
Routes the signer to a qualified electronic signature, with their own eID or a trust service, or to a partner notary’s video session. Checks the signature format.
A multilingual power of attorney template. The principal reviews it and signs it personally.
VAT, EORI and beneficial ownership, country by country: what is needed and where to go, with official contacts and the source page and date they were checked.
A name search in official databases and ready application data for an EU trade mark at the EUIPO. The client files and pays the EUIPO directly.
A document package and instructions. A partner in the country performs the apostille or translation, and the client pays the partner directly.
Booking an appointment with a partner notary who works by video. This service is an idea at this stage.
“In preparation” means the service is being built and is not yet available. list_actions returns the current status of every action.
Queries and documents are different things. We run queries for the client to make the work fast and simple. Documents are signed and submitted by the client, or by a licensed partner where the law requires one.
Agents discover the available actions, ask for a quote, and follow each action until the client has what they need.

Notary, lawyer, translation and state fees are paid by the client directly to the provider or authority. We never hold client funds and take no referral fee from partners.
The site and the catalogue are built to be translated into all official languages of the European Union.
