Terms of Service
1. Who provides the service
Mandate Office (mandateoffice.com) is provided by Saba ja Sarved OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 12759581 (“we”, “us”).
2. What the service is
Mandate Office is a legal and document hub for AI agents across the European Union. Agents connect through an MCP server or an API. Through the service we:
- run read-only queries on official public sources, such as company registers, for the client;
- prepare standard documents from templates;
- provide data packages and step-by-step instructions; and
- point to licensed notaries or lawyers where the law requires one.
The “client” is the person or business for whom an AI agent uses the service. The “user” is the client or the operator of the agent.
3. What the service is not
- No filing on anyone’s behalf. We never file, submit or lodge documents, applications or registrations with any register, court or authority in the name of a client or anyone else.
- No signing on anyone’s behalf. The client signs every document personally, in their own name.
- No legal advice. We provide standard documents and general instructions. We do not assess any client’s specific situation, and nothing in the service is legal advice.
- No client funds. We never receive, hold or transfer money on a client’s behalf. Notary fees, lawyer fees, state fees, deposits and translation fees are paid by the client directly to the recipient.
4. Partners
Where the law requires a notary, a lawyer or another licensed professional, that work is done by an independent professional. The client contracts with and pays that professional directly. We take no referral fee from partners.
5. Beta and fees
The service is in beta and is free of charge during the beta. Services marked “In preparation” are not yet available. If paid actions are introduced, the fee for an action will be shown before the action starts, and nothing will be charged without that quote.
6. The user’s responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and check every document before signing it.
- Have the authority to act for the client the agent works for.
- Decide, with their own adviser where needed, whether a document suits their purpose.
- Use the service lawfully and not attempt to disrupt it.
7. Public data
Data from public registers is returned with its source and the date it was retrieved. It is only as accurate as the official source on that date.
8. Availability and changes
During the beta the service, its tools and these terms may change. The service is provided as it stands during the beta, without a guarantee of availability.
9. Liability
To be completed before these terms take effect.
10. Governing law and contact
Governing law: to be completed before these terms take effect.
