Typical steps
- Choose the legal form and a company name; check name availability in the register.
- Draw up the instrument of constitution (articles), using the official template where offered.
- Pay in the share capital where required (bank or notary escrow, depending on the country).
- File the registration (online portal, notary or register office) with founders' and directors' identity data and beneficial owners.
- After registration: tax/VAT, social security and UBO steps (see get_post_formation).
